The Beeches is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre & is perfectly positioned for exploring the ‘fine city’ of Norwich. The hotel has 43 bedrooms of varying grades & offers both room only or bed & breakfast in our newly appointed breakfast conservatory. Al fresco breakfast is available on request weather permitting. All rooms are en suite with shower or bath, colour TV’s & some with DVD’s, direct dial phone & a complimentary beverage tray.
The hotel has a small select lounge bar adjacent to reception with a wide range of wines & drinks at very reasonable prices. The hotel is blessed with ample parking allowing easy walking access to the city centre. We have very pleasant garden areas with complimentary access to the Victorian plantation gardens for residents.
Our customers can enjoy diverse dining facilities at our nearby cafe 91 restaurant or for a more gourmet dining experience at our sister hotel St Giles again within easy walking distance of the Beeches. This 2 rosette restaurant has two course meals starting as low as £14.50 for a fine dining delight.
We are also pleased to recommend many delightful dining outlets within close proximity to the Beeches Hotel. Spa facilities are available at are St Giles Hotel & can be easily arranged at reception.
The hotel is privately run by Pat & Rachel Roofe who pride themselves on achieving the highest standards possible & are usually on hand to deal with all resident requirements as efficiently as possible.

Cancellation policy
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel within 24 hours of check in time,
Or in the case of a no show, we charge you for your first nights stay.
Breakfast
Where the prices are advertised as room only, breakfast can be pre requested at the cost of £9.50 Per person. This not only includes an extensive choice of buffet items, including cereals, juices, pastries, fruits and yoghurts, it includes tea, coffee, toast and your choice of cooked breakfast from our menu.
Extra beds
Z beds, linen and towels for children can be requested at the extra cost of £15.00 Per night on a room only tariff and £20.00 Per night on a bed and breakfast tariff.
